How subscriptions, delivery, refunds, and responsible use work.
LeadOpsIQ is sold as a monthly subscription (Starter, Pro, or Agency), billed securely through Lemon Squeezy. You can manage your subscription anytime at leadopsiq.lemonsqueezy.com/billing. New subscribers receive access to the current active lead-intelligence sheet immediately, then continue receiving weekly updates while the subscription is active.
You can cancel anytime through the billing portal. Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Because each weekly batch is researched and delivered, fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period’s leads have been made available. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll make it right where we can.
LeadOpsIQ provides researched leads compiled from public sources, with source links for verification. We do not guarantee booked calls, replies, or sales — outcomes depend on your offer and outreach.
You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and federal and state Do-Not-Call rules. Lead data is provided for your own business outreach and may not be resold or redistributed.
Leads are drawn from publicly available sources. The free Lead Board app stores your entries (notes, pipeline, settings) locally on your own device; we don’t host that data, so keep your own backups.
Launch and promotional pricing (such as a grand-opening sale) is limited-time and may change. Changes apply going forward and won’t affect a billing period already paid.
